Volunteer with us.
Most of the success and impact Sawiyan has been able to make since our inception in 2015 has come from the incredible contributions of time, expertise, donations made by those who volunteer with us. Whether you live in the countries we work or live oceans away, there are a multitude of ways you can make an impact in the lives of those we serve through volunteering.
Host a fundraising event.
Sawiyan firmly believes in the power of grassroots fundraising and believe even the smallest of contributions can have a great effect. At Sawiyan, our fundraising events aren’t just about trying to reach a financial target, but about bring together the energy and enthusiasm of like-minded people with huge hearts to help us solve some of the most challenging issues we come across either through contributing financially, spreading the word about the issues and people we work with, or simply by cheering us on from afar. We believe our success is enhanced by the kinds of people we have around us. A collection of people with lots of love, passion, and enthusiasm who wish to create and fight for sustainable, flourishing lives for marginalized people wherever they may be.
